James opened an inquiry into The Trump Organization, the president’s holding company, and subpoenaed Deutsche Bank and Investors Bank for records in order to investigate whether he lied about the value of his assets. James hasn’t spoken publicly about the case, and no lawsuit has been filed.

It will be the bank loans for his business - my best guess. They have been locked onto this from the beginning and the “value” of properties is subjective so all they need is a few “experts” to say the property put up as collateral for the loan was only worth 1 million and Trump said it was worth 2 million. The irony is that there should be no crime because the bank should assess the collateral on their own before making the loan.
