Let me guess, Bob Hamilton is a “losertarian” financed by the RINOs and Dems.

I like Kobach, he’s a smart immigration policy guy... but he’s a shitty campaigner.
time for Kobach to serve his country and join the Trump campaign as an legal advisor and fight the voter fraud.

Democrats were
actively running pro-Kobach ads in Kansas:
"Earlier this month, a super PAC with ties to Democrats began airing television ads in Kansas, casting Kobach as a firm ally of Trump who wont compromise on building the wall or getting tough on China."
To: UnwashedPeasant
This is probably the better result. I love Kobach for his politics, but hes got a losing track record in Kansas.
There were DEMOCRAT PACs running ads to support him because he would have faced a Roy Moore-like general election.
President Trumps refusal to endorse a committed nationalist like Kobach was very telling. HE HATES TO ENDORSE LOSERS.

The Turtle DID NOT want Kris Kobach, b/c he was sure Kobach would lose in November. McConnell was also upset that the president was not helping to boost one of the other candidates, but Trump for the most part stayed out of it.
To: Trump20162020
Kobach is a good conservative, but is too outspoken for the RINOs in this state. In 2018, he lost to a commie Dem in the gubernatorial race because too many Republicans stayed home or crossed over to vote commie.
Marshall is more palatable to squishy GOP'ers and will vote conservative at least 98% of the time. In addition, he is a strong Trump supporter. The Dems were hoping for a Kobach victory (they even pumped money into his candidacy), so they are disappointed. Marshall should cruise to a solid win in November, putting a dent in Schumer's hopes to win back the Senate.
I hope Kobach remains in public life because he has much to offer. This just wasn't his time.
To: sheehan
I read here that he had list of demands or minimums for serving on the Trump team that sounded megalomaniac.
