This is an incredible video- it shows the damage - at least a mile away. Everything is destroyed. Its breathtaking.Ah Jeeze...I don't see how there cannot be hundreds dead.

That looks like a grain silo. At least that is what grain silo buildings along the Lake Erie shore in Buffalo use to look like. It could also be a cement silo for Portland cement.
IF that is what it is, it could have sustained the blast because they were typically made out of solid concrete.

My guess is a less than fully competent inbred, handling dangerous materials.
Hopefully in the future, they won't store as much total net explosive weight of materials so close together, and so close to people and facilities.
