Is there any place I can obtain hydroxcloroquine and a Zpack? My dr refuses to use it and i am fearful that I may fall ill and not be able to obtain it. Any ideas?

Block the lock... block out the virus.
All of the above and good hygiene, wash hands don’t touch your face, eyes, nose of mouth in daily habits, and a facemask if around potential carriers-— and you will not get the viral infection.

I’d consider calling doctors and talking with their nurses. If needed, the Teledoc-like services are only $40 and if you need a second opinion, another $40.
However, you can get the same effect as HCQ by using Quercetin or EGCG (Green tea extract). You can buy zinc, but the best form to get is OptiZinc (Zinc Methionine Sulfate Complex).
The antibiotic choices aren’t directly substitutable with Over The Counter stuff, but the heavy lifters I list above.
My doc gave EVERY patient this protocol he also gave me a script for the HCQ and ZPACK but he said if I followed this protocol EVERY DAY my getting this virus would be EXTREMELY RARE!! If by some very rare chance I should get a fever and feel fatigue start taking the script immediately!! You know, the Zelenko protocol is to start treating high risk patients at first symptoms, and to offer prophylaxis treatment to close contacts whether they are symptomatic or not. Maybe you are jumping the gun to try and get this med before you are actually sick, or have been exposed to someone who is sick ...maybe another discussion with your doctor about timing. If he says he wont prescribe if you become ill, get his refusal in writing and ask for a second opinion.
Once you do get symptoms ( or a close contact gets sick and you have been exposed) then time is of the essence to move quickly!

Agree with Grampa Dave. You can find a doc who keeps up with alternative therapies... and who will gladly prescribe. But is must be accompanied by zinc and AZithromycin.

There are doctors who will, if you are hypertensive, put you on an ACE receptor blocker...for your BP but also additive to your natural immunity supplements.

We have friends with family in Mexico. It seems that this medicine is no longer available at the border towns. I don’t know about deeper inside Mexico.
I ran across this as an alternative to hydroxcloroquine.
Google “ chinchona bark” I’m not recommending this , just passing along information.
I did order some from Amazon for myself.
Do you know anyone near or in Mexico? It costs $30 and you can get a Z-pak too.
