The doctor’s preventative regimen, as described by pulmonologist and co-founder of MedCram (free on youtube for physicians, but anyone can watch them). A pulmonologist who daily treats this SARS-COV19 virus and has a complete self immunity routine which includes these supplements in these amounts:
Quercitin 500 mg 2x a day
Vitamin D3 2500 IUs or up to 4000 IUs per day
Vitamin C : build your daily dose of this water soluble
anti-oxidant, immune builder... to 2 Grams a day
(do it gradually, not all on the first day— to
avoid the poops).
Zinc 50 mg/day
NAC- N-Acetyl Cysteine ( a powerful zinc ionophore). 600 mg 2x a day.
and get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. real sleep- no booze.
Additionally, if you have hypertension, and want additional protection.... the Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (ARBs) (drugs like Losartan, Candesartan.. etc) BLOCK the ACE2 receptors on lung cells which the “corona” spikes on the virus (which are called S-Proteins) seek out as the “key” to the ACE receptor lock. Block the lock... block out the virus.
All of the above and good hygiene, wash hands don’t touch your face, eyes, nose of mouth in daily habits, and a facemask if around potential carriers-— and you will not get the viral infection.
Here is the MedCram link on the natural immunity. The HCQ/Zinc Azythromycin is preventative (the AZmycin is to combat the bacterial infection on the gunk in the lungs resulting from the virus destroying cells, and providing the growth medium for bacterial pneumonia).

Careful with this at this dosage. Can initiate severe diarrhea.
NAC isn’t a zinc ionophore. It’s a precursor to Glutathione which is an extremely powerful antioxidant.
I’m taking Quercetin and Green Tea Extract(and drinking green tea) which are zinc ionophores.
I’m also taking NAC and some other antioxidants along with zinc, D3, K2, and a multivitamin.
