Is there any place I can obtain hydroxcloroquine and a Zpack? My dr refuses to use it and i am fearful that I may fall ill and not be able to obtain it. Any ideas?
Go to a strip mall doctor and explain to the receptionist what you want, and that you will pay cash for the visit.
Then, pay cash at the pharmacy for your rx.
One of our younger relatives gets severe spring pollen allergies every May and his health plan will not cover this without a halfA$$ed physical, expensive, takes about half a day. He is very healthy and doesn’t need to pay hundreds of $’s of lab tests.
So, he has been seeing this mall doc for over 5 years. He pays cash and is in out of the office in about 5 minutes.
Then, find yourself a conservative MD and not a democrat first, Doc..

Find a Dr that accepts cash only. They are cheaper and they work for you.
not so easy. Primary groups will not take Medicare or advantage plan people. You are only able to be with the doc you had before your insurance switch

I take them too, along with vitamin C, D.
You could probably find a “maverick” doctor by asking around and paying cash.

While looking for someone a to give you
HCQ prescription, do the above. If you can’t find quercetin, get resveratrol 2000mg AND take 5000iu d3 3 to 4 times a day.
Both are Ionophores, something that gets zinc into the cells. If you have covid take at least 75mg of zinc 2x a day. All for 10 days or til at least two days after symptoms leave. I had it and this worked.
If you’re trying to get meds prescribed, before you are even ill, then, no....it doesn’t work that way...unless you ARE a doc, or related to one, somehow.
Get a grip.
Either go to Mexico, or shop for a new doc, pay the 100% of the visit, and go on your merry way.
What makes you think ANY doc will prescribe this for you, BEFORE you have an illness?
Youu can change your PCP with a phone call.
Find a real doctor, ask if he will accept you as a patient and it's done.

Only thing I could think of was to find another doctor, and tell them you're going to be taking a trip to Chad (NOT CHAZ!!!), and that you need some hydroxychloroquine for prevention of malaria.
