The first antifa mass murderer was Connor Betts. It was inevitable that antifa’s hate would generate murderers and mass murderers. They appeal, like radical Muslims, white supremecists and Black Lives Matter, to the disaffected, people bereft of intimacy, in dead-end jobs or in no job at all, and who are dealing with anger and frustration. They must know what they are doing, and have blood on their hands.
The academic organization behind the study has a biased definition of left and right wing. Basically, they wildly extrapolate right-wing positions, but do not do the same with left-wing positions. For example, the Oklahoma City bombers are said to be right-wing, when they said they were opposing the dynamic entry of federal law enforcement that resulted in many innocent children being burned to death in Waco. Fair enough. What about Black Lives Matter assassinating police officers because of the use of deadly force by police? Why is one thing political and the other not?
The organization defines as right-wing violence, violence committed by radical Christians. Fair enough. What about the Columbine murderers? They were anti-Christian murderers. If the first thing is right-wing, why are radical anti-Christian left-wing?
Basically, the organization defines “left-wing” very narrowly and “right-wing” very narrowly. Furthermore, it defines “violence” only as dead bodies. Looting, vandalism, and denial of rights don’t count. While I appreciate that dead bodies have a certain objectivity to them, ignoring other forms of violence is wrong. The weathermen underground used to justify their bombing of police stations by saying nobody was killed, or by saying it wasn’t their intention to kill anybody. The organization also has a blind eye to many obvious cases of left-wing violence even by their standards.
What this study reveals is why the left-wing elites are willing to de-platform those they disagree with. Do not be surprised when, in the name of social justice and public health they come after you when and if they consolidate power.

The time line doesn't include what liberals were doing in the 60's and on and they're comparing alleged 'right-wing' events with the recently named antifa so you have a longer time line for alleged 'right wing' events compared to recent antifa events.

I remember way back when militia groups were in the news, but many of them were survivalist, pro gun groups. Some could have been called “right wing extremists”, I suppose.
