The bag I’ve seen were obviously from some sort of citrus.
So, if you plant them where it is cold in winter I can’t see a problem.

Exactly. By now state departments of agriculture, and the USDA, must have received samples for evaluation. It is difficult to understand how the government does not know what these seeds are by now.
The same databases the Indian/Pakis scammers use. Everything is online.
