Dr. Deborah Birx: Eye shields can prevent people from spreading coronavirus

Dr. Deborah Birx, the White House coronavirus response coordinator, on Thursday said face shields that block people from touching their eyes can be useful in helping prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
“Here’s the thing about the face shield in addition to the mask: the mask is to protect others,” Dr. Birx said on “Fox & Friends.” “The thing about the face shields - we think that that could protect the individuals and that it would decrease the ability for them to touch their eyes and spread [the] virus as well as those droplets coming towards them.”
Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institutes of Health said this week that if people have goggles or eye shields, they should use them.

I mean for... We were wearing face shields at work two weeks ago and then the CDC said, Nooooo that’s not good enough. So, now we have to wear masks.
Now what, are we supposed to wear both? I’m gonna trip over something because my masks fogs up, bash my head against a piece of machinery and then my death certificate will list my COD as “COVID-19” so the hospital can get that sweet Government cash.
Hey, maybe they’ll hook my corpse up to a ventilator so they can get the full $35,000.

I have seen NO PROOF that masks, shields, or goggles work in stopping the coronavirus. Then why doesn't every single doctor, nurse, technician in a covid wing get infected? Very few get infected.
