“It is inevitable that we’re going to have some degree of flu,” he added. “I’m hoping that the wearing of masks and other coverings are going to not only protect us against COVID-19, but also help protect us against influenza.”
But, you know, the science is settled ‘n stuff…
And now he’s talking goggles – goggles, y’all, like Dustin Hoffman in Outbreak! — and laying the foundation to stick us in masks for every flu season going forward.
Does anyone dare doubt that from this moment forward, we’re going to see all the same media and Deep Science State pressure about masks during every flu season? I mean, why not? If it will save just one life, amiright?
Further, forcing us into masks during every flu season is now an easy case to be made. After all, we’re now all in masks during a corona outbreak where, if you’re under 50, the virus is no more deadly than the flu. So what’s the case for not wearing a mask during flu season?
Listen, out of respect for full disclosure, I was wearing a mask when Fraud Fauci was telling us not to wear masks. I still wear a mask when I’m inside anyplace other than my own home.

Some of this stuff is starting to make it look as if Fauci WANTS to get fired.
When the “impeachment” thing was going on, it did seem like some FBI guys wanted to be fired. That would have been good ammunition against Trump — a “Friday Night Massacre” or whatever. But the President let it all play out, for the most part.
If Fauci wants to get fired, he’s probably hoping to make the President look bad.
That would ensure a pandemic every year until humans are eliminated from the planet. (Except for a few “scientists” to study it).
Just ask the Indians how having no immunity to foreign diseases worked out for THEM.
Look up what Fauci did during the AIDS breakout in the 1980’s. HE disallowed any treatment for the disease except for AZT, which was a death sentence. He also allowed AZT to be used on pregnant women who were HIV+.
Watch “The Dallas Buyers Club”. The same people were doing the same thing for AIDS patients as they are for Covid-19 patients. Controlling the treatments, medications with an iron fist.
The main difference though, is they would not force homosexuals to quarantine, or shut down their meeting places, which arguably they should have. You could make a case for them being permanently quarantined. It definitely would have save at least one life.
It seems that the only privilege in this country is for all who are not white heterosexual males.
