Im not surprised, though I am chagrined, that a lot of people, including people I know and respect, are buying into the idea that what were in the midst of is a Marxist revolution in the U.S.
Look, I understand, okay? Not as many people have had the experience I had of living under unbridled, unmasked Marxist power, so you dont understand their myths and how they actually connect with reality. Oh, youre starting to see it, as the left drops its masks, but its not the same as seeing them running around, showing their behinds and expounding the craziest theories during your formative years, when your eye is unsparing. There is a reason it was a little boy who cried the king goes naked.
Lets start with what the left thinks they are doing:
They think theyre bringing about their utopia, their heaven on Earth.
They have been programmed indoctrinated, really from birth via the media, education, entertainment, and heaven have mercy even churches and synagogues into believing what amounts to a heretical Christian sect.
There are many variations of the Communist mythos, mostly Marx, but with its roots firmly in Rosseau. They range from racial ones (one to each race) to feminist ones. There are probably others I havent even heard about.
The myth goes like this: in the beginning, there was no capitalism (the cults quaint name for any free buying and selling or trade. (This is why they call monarchies capitalism or private property.) This was the dawn of man, the perfect state of humanity. Because there was no property there was no envy and no crime. Man (and particularly woman) lived in a time of innocence. In this perfect utopia feminist version women ruled, sex was free...

Excellent article. I was saying something like this to some friends yesterday using the French Revolution as an example.
The clamor for free money is substantial even on this website.
Enjoy your running water while you can.
In Venezuela, there’s often no running water to wash hands.
I agree. Mild responses is not what the “Revolutionaries” want. They want a full on conflict that they, with the backing, propaganda of the MSM, believe they will ‘win’.
“Permanent Revolution”
They can never win as long as the US Patriots stay strong.
The last gasp of the sixties hippies.
By the time Covid-19 fear passes in mid-2021, $10 trillion may have been squandered on mainly Republican Covid appropriations.
The people are not seeing the violence of cities like Seattle. The majority of the news media are lock step with them and members of congress has denied it exists.
I for one am not going to lay back and believe it is only death throes. And neither should the President.
It is their Tet offensive, and just like last time, they are losing.
But this time the MSM doesn’t control the vernacular. They will not win on the streets of America like they did last time.
This is their scorched earth last hope and it is failing.
This is one reason I bought property with two streams...
We have a horde of spineless Republicans in DC more than willing to buy votes.
Hire a new editor. It’s Rousseau.
The whole COVID sham is their attempt to create as many dispossessedas possible.
Democrats are pure evil.
Interesting. Thanks for posting. Linked to it on my FB page (I know, it’s facebook, but I like to take the fight to the enemy, that and the fact that it makes all my lib friends apoplectic....hahahaha).

Modern money costs nothing to make. That was figured out quite a while ago. That’s reality whether we like it or not. It may be that the temptation to vote oneself money is irresistible, and the slippery slope to an every increasing subsidized lifestyle is unavoidable. But the VALUE of money will always depend on what one can buy with it (and thus upon production). That reality will always hold politicians in check to voters broadly.
If we sit around wringing our hands about the debt during a crisis where 30+ million US citizens are (or have recently been) unemployed, then we will lose to the Left who will be perfectly willing to use monetary policy to dig us out. The consequence of that is US Citizens will trust the Left to run this country instead of the political Right. Hopefully we all agree, in light of recent events, that is unacceptable.
the left is looking for their martyr, and the right refuses to make someone a martyr, like poor mr trammell. there should be a march in milwaukee to bring justice for mr trammell’s death.
why do we not do this?
What concerns me most is the sheer numbers of people who seem to be buying into the idea of the Black Live Matter movement and other so-called oppressed minorities. Along with those numbers, the inability for those people to come to their senses. It's seems to be a permanent conversion, as I don't know anyone who has switched from being a hard-core leftist to regaining their common sense.
I think the Tet Offensive analogy is apt. They are really going “all in” on this one and I don’t think it’s going to work.
My big concern is that the country might “recover” and limp along for some years only to see these same people try it all over again. They are not the types to give up. Because they “know” history is on their side.
If we do well in November, the GOP has to be willing to make some major — major — changes in government. No half measures. No bipartisan crap. No reaching across the aisles. The Left went scorched earth first. It’s our turn next.
“The last gasp of the sixties hippies.”
More like their children and grandchildren.
