Invasive species, genetically modified to kill all other plant life, like food. Impervious to chemical kill off as the roots will lodge feet deep and come back (Like knotweed)
Somebody is buying seeds online and gave the wrong address. Ebay/Amazon Chicoms sellers and intentionally mislabeled customs declaration. There is a real crime here and ebay/Amazon should be held accountable for their sellers.

If they did that I would whole heatedly endorse nuking them to the stone age. And taking out dams and other critical infrastructure that would make rebuilding that place virtually impossible for 100 years. We're in a cold war with those SOBs and most of our government is in their pockets. It's bad.
It’s got to be illegal to import seeds like this from China. The Chicom seller isn’t going to include a detailed receipt given that.

OK, for those of us who do not watch TV or most movies, what’s that from?
I’ve had a couple packets on my route which felt like they were seeds, and whereas most packets are labeled if they are registered, the scanner kept asking if there was a signature waiver as if it were an express mail or EMS packet, but nothing marked as being EMS or express either. Lot of them are coming no return address.
Sent photos and info to the Postal Inspection Service in case they wanted to investigate. Each are described as being a necklace, with a value of under $5.

Tribbles were cute and loveable. But too much of ANYTHING can be a bad deal :-)
