Houston police and fire officials are responding to reports that documents are being burned in the courtyard of the Consulate General of China in Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.
So its the Houston consulate and not the embassy, which is in DC?
I was wondering if a burn ban might be their reason for outdoor burning, because they could.
Not the first time this has happened...from 2017...
Firefighters battle 2-alarm fire at Chinese Consulate in Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Firefighters battled a two-alarm fire Sunday afternoon at the Chinese Consulate in Houston.
Authorities were called to the Chinese Consulate in the 3400 block of Montrose Boulevard around 1:30 p.m.
According to officials, the small fire started on the fifth floor of the building.
“It looks like we’re in the middle of Beirut or something. It’s kind of crazy. It looks like everybody is OK. I don’t see anyone in ambulances,” nearby business owner Steve Zimmerman said.
Firefighters said as many as a dozen people live on the floor that caught fire. All of them got out safely. The fire was contained to one room, but smoke and water damage could be seen throughout the building.
Checking all floors for fire and damage was a challenge for crews, given the diplomatic nature of the facility.
“There were some issues obviously due to security and we had a number of people that wanted to stay in the building, so there were some issues in trying to get people out,” Deputy Chief Blake White said. “They seemed to be concerned with certain areas of the building.”

Its rained most of the time since yesterday. Cleared off around 5.
Could be a lot of things. They are such a corrupt regime. Whatever it is/was they didn’t want anyone to see what it was about, that’s for sure.
Now that would be interesting...
Back in the cold war, my husband was stationed at an AFB in a foreign country and had to clean up after a camel that snacked on a bunch of shredded paper. Funny in retrospect, but NOT when it happened.
Interesting.
I found this tonite on Twitter: Not sure if true or why they might be evicted, but for what it’s worth:

Breaking: Earlier this night, Houston police responded to documents being burned at the Chinese Consulate in Houston. According to KHOU, the consulate is being evicted on Friday.
You know, if they were doing this in their embassy in D.C. I’d think it a possible prelude to war...
I don’t see any current links streaming. How do you know this is going on now...
[Diplomatic immunity]
Well it worked for the guy who was sit-up champion of the 27th century.
He got married to Missy.
Hmmm. Wonder what that’s about.
[Wheres Hunter (Biden)?]
We’ll need the Cocaine Dealer Locator App. He should be nearby.
That's all I know. Saw the report on a twitter feed.
They pieced it all back together.
There you go! And the Democrats’ desire to defund police and other emergency services finally pays off!
Let them all burn to the ground. Everything Chinese..
buildings, etc.
Let’s invite the BLM and Antifa crowd! I’m sure they’ll be willing to lend a hand.
BTW This post is NOT meant to encourage violence towards people.
Curiouser and curiouser...
