The world is ill-prepared for the global crash in children being born which is set to have a "jaw-dropping" impact on societies, say researchers.
Falling fertility rates mean nearly every country could have shrinking populations by the end of the century.
And 23 nations - including Spain and Japan - are expected to see their populations halve by 2100.
Countries will also age dramatically, with as many people turning 80 as there are being born.
What is going on? The fertility rate - the average number of children a woman gives birth to - is falling.
If the number falls below approximately 2.1, then the size of the population starts to fall.
In 1950, women were having an average of 4.7 children in their lifetime.
Researchers at the University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation showed the global fertility rate nearly halved to 2.4 in 2017 - and their study, published in the Lancet, projects it will fall below 1.7 by 2100.

Russia had the same problem and it was much improved by susidizing births. Give perks to mothers of 3 or 4 children and you will get more children being born. Its not a panacea but it will certainly help.
It’s a very bad thing because it pretty much only applies to first world peoples, the Ilhan Omars of the world are still cranking them out as quick as they can get that thing healed up from the last one. Watch the movie Idiocracy for a good approximation of what happens when the majority of people having kids have an average IQ of 80.
Successful people are avoiding having kids because they’re too busy working, meanwhile the shiftless layabouts are cranking them out thanks to a never ending welfare state that pays them to have kids. Intelligence is heritable, the results are predictable.
Not to worry, there is going to be a very large spike in births this coming December-January.
The world can only support a finite number of people. In the long run this is good news. Imagine a world like that portrayed in Soylent Green. No thanks.
There is ONE group that is popping out babies like rabbits on viagara. It willingly takes whatever it can get. It hates its hosts who are working and paying taxes. It kills them whenever it can. It allows a man to have 4 “wives” (baby machines) and of course the welfare pays for them all. There is one political party that favors and promotes this situation, and if it gets into power it will fully implement the soros agenda, and the country will be ruined beyond repair.

I believe the Corvid-19 lockdown may play into this situation.
How many parents have discovered the way their moms used to live? How many have now tasted the mixed joys of staying home all day, cooking and cleaning and caring for the tadpoles, often while “working at home” albeit on shorter hours?
Benefits include little things like social interaction with other moms, better security in the neighborhood from all those watchful eyes and less stress.
The loss of income is the biggest flaw with the “stay at home” lifestyle and there is no easy solution to that one, unless companies double up on dad’s pay. But a lot of moms have just discovered what their moms knew all along.

I agree with all of your points but this caught my eye. I’m a woman, btw.
I think the downward slide in terms of beauty for women began when they gave up those gorgeous dresses of the 1950s and early ‘60s. Big, pouffy skirts; think of the lovely Grace Kelly in “Rear Window.”
When they stopped trying to look nice for men, men got less interested. IMO. Also, women stopped waiting for marriage and men figured, as the old saying goes, “Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free.” So promiscuity of the ‘60s and the pill, well, it was all downhill.
Don’t worry there are enough muzzies raping enough women to fill up the birth gap. You will be taken care of one way or another.
