Another deadly explosion was heard in western Tehran on Friday, according to local reports of a blast at a missile warehouse.
However, sources claim there have been more than one in multiple regions. An intelligence official told The New York Times said that Israel was possibly behind the attack.
Initial reports say the confirmed blast hit a missile warehouse belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Authorities have not yet provided any information on the cause of the blasts.
Journalist Hasan Sari claims there was more than one explosion, with others hitting the regions of Garmdareh and Quds.
Social media users have confirmed at least one of these, with one writing: “Another explosion in Iran, this time in west Tehran, causing power outage”.

This blast is particularly heart warming because it is in the midst of a population center and appears to have inflicted no collateral damage.
Iran has placed its most sensitive facilities in the midst of population centers precisely to mitigate external attacks.
Missiles blowing up? Isn’t that what they’re supposed to do? I’m sure it’s all a silly coincidence. And if a nuclear bomb factory happens to blow up too, that would be just awful. I hope the sprinkler systems have passed their annual check...

I'd almost agree, but they're not flying all 64 planes built--maybe at most 3-4 planes, primarily for providing "targets" for radar systems research on behest of the DoD and defense contractors who build radar systems like Raytheon and Lockheed Martin. Because of the very small number still flying, the planes could have been subject of "black project" upgrades increasing its stealthiness and may be still operational on highly-classified combat missions.
