Last Saturday in Atlanta, 8-year-old Secoriea Turner was killed while riding in a car with her mother and a family friend who was driving. According to police, as the driver attempted to enter a parking lot where a group of protesters had illegally placed barricades, armed individuals opened fire on the vehicle, striking it multiple times and killing Turner.
Secoriea Turner was black, as is a person of interest police are seeking in her killing.
So, in admonishing blacks to choose whether they want to be upstanding citizens who happen to be black or, well, that other word – we may be asking many of them to make discernments they are ill-equipped to make.
As I've indicated over the last few weeks in this space, "black lives matter" as a sentiment is eminently justified. The Black Lives Matter organization, however, is a poisonous outfit that is nothing more than a device of radical communists seeking a violent overthrow of our government. The fact that they have so many kindred spirits in government at this point will undoubtedly make neutralizing them far more difficult.

Whichever side they can get the most money from.
Time for whites to choose a side. Preferably, their own, and to elect leaders who do the same.
Time for ALL Americans to choose, not just black and white.
All the intellectual discussing is great, but the blacks who are rioting, looting, burning (joined by plenty of whites this time) aren’t reading this article and care squat about this decision.
It’s the city mayors and governors who decided to ignore riots and crime. That decision was made. They sold out America and the law abiding citizens.
The people rioting understand a riot stick, not a reasoned argument.

Because they always and purposely ignore:
Abortion - millions of innocent black babies murdered in the womb.
Big city black thugs - murder hundreds and hundreds of other blacks yearly.
Drugs - overdoses kill hundreds and hundreds of blacks yearly.
Poor health - obesity, diabetes, heart disease, smoking and alcohol abuse kills thousands of blacks yearly.
Illegitimacy - thousands and thousands of fatherless black children.
Illiteracy - thousands and thousands of black youths that cannot read or do math.
The author spoke of just that....”many Democratic mayors of large urban centers across the country, have been reticent to act against violent demonstrators due to an ideological kinship with them”.....but cannot enable violent entities and then condemn them when they commit violent acts, not with any credibility”.....

I’ve seen your list (several times posted) pointing out issues the black community has. However how about solutions?
I think they chose awhile ago...and they’ve not moved much from their “comfy”place with communists. Maybe they prefer to be owned?

So basically their grievances are boiled down to ....”We’re not happy with our life but it’s every body elses job to fix it...our way.”

Brookings whittled down a lot of analysis into three simple rules. You can avoid poverty by:
1. Graduating from high school.
2. Waiting to get married until after 21 and do not have children till after being married.

That us what I often hear from my few Black friends. When I bring up the unwed pregnancy rate, HS graduation rates, incarceration rates, etc., they amazingly always default to slavery and systemic racism. It’s like nothing has changed for Blacks in this country for 150 years. When asked how do they explain their good fortune it comes down to being lucky in some way, but most Black don’t have that lucky break.
These are all college educated, professional, upper middle class people.
You talk to any convict and they'll even tell you they knew they couldn't gain the wealth they coveted by just a day job. That criminal activity in drugs and other illegal activity was the only path for them to fulfill ‘what’ they wanted.
You rarely see a black kid who isn't wearing high end sneakers and clothes, hair do’s and the like....their need for physical appearances surpasses the average..regardless of their level of actual poverty.
Yes, a simple and effective three-part solution, very common sense.
Many black conservatives have said basically the same for many decades.
caww — my list is about BLM’s b.s. I stated that blacks ignore those issues, so by deduction a solution is for them to face them.
