Here’s the deal.
Until there’s a discussion of Black Culture, there will not be change.
Until there’s a discussion of black suspects complying with Law Enforcement — not trying to fight or run, not grabbing for the LEO’s taser or gun — there will not be change.
Until there’s a discussion of the breakdown of the family and fatherless homes in the black community, there will not be change.
Until there’s a discussion of the importance of a good education and taking away the stigma of studying and doing well in school as “acting white”, there will not be change.
Whites who coddle Blacks from these facts aren’t helping them. In fact, I’d argue it’s racism by assuming that the Black Community can’t handle and address the truth.
I will continue to do what I have been doing.
I treat people of all colors with common courtesy, dignity, and respect when I meet/deal with them. That’s all any of us “owe” each other. And we only owe that as long as the other person treats us the same way. If another person can’t treat me properly, they are owed nothing by me.
I owe no one anything for transgressions committed by someone else in the distant past.
The real and only definition of racism is hating a person simply because of their membership in a particular race. Which is the essence of BLM and their cohorts. That’s the real racism here.
This will certainly help. The shooting has already stopped in Baltimore and Chicago. Black men are reuniting with the mothers of their children in marriage. Young urban children are sitting down to do their nightly homework. Young urban youths are disbanding gangs. Wow...this will change everything
What a white has to do to be a BLM ally is a little vague. Let me help.
The white ally has to shut up and submit to the black as victim narrative. Take a knee to BLM masters. Public confessions is nice - BLM likes that - but not enough. The ally must squeal on at least five other whites in her circle to target them for education or disposal.

I’ve known for at least the last 20 years that I could not work the in PC environment you describe.
I told my wife that it was a good thing college then wasn’t like college now. I would never have gotten laid and would have been kicked out the first semester.
