Then her kicker: “sorry your marriage failed.”

Could it be that this is her way of lashing out at her parents? They are probably so self-absorbed with their own issues (marriage in particular and career) that the kids take a backseat?

her acting out behavior could be the result of two parents working full time jobs, and not being around to give her the attention, love, guidance & security most kids her age really need???
so she is seeking attention (+ or - doesn’t matter as long as she gets it)from other sources???
When I feel guilty in the future about the hell I put my parents through I will just look at Claudia Conway.

She’ll just get another one. Her friends will give her a new device of some kind. “Don’t let her go out,” you say? The adults have to go to the bathroom some time.
Grounding and no electronics would be a start.....and lots of chores around the house and yard to keep her busy.
Ironically, Bush was soft on immigration way before the amnesty push. He also opposed “profiling” at airport security. If he had been tougher on both those issues, I wonder if we could have been saved from 911 (done by illegal immigrants - ie people who had overstayed their visas and were in the country illegally)
