A Harvard graduate who claims she was fired from her 'dream job' at Deloitte after saying she'd 'stab' anyone who told her 'all lives matter' in a TikTok video was never actually employed by the firm, it has emerged.

Claira Janover, 22, tearfully claimed on Wednesday that supporters of Donald Trump 'took my job away from me' by calling for her firing, in response to the video.

In the clip, which has sharply divided people online, she threatens to 'stab' anyone who says 'all lives matter'.

Deloitte, however, have confirmed that she was never an employee of the company.

Instead she was scheduled to complete an internship with them later this summer, which the company rescinded.

She is arrogant has a lack of critical thinking and reasoning skills. She now has a world-wide reputation of a drama queen. People like this are toxic when added to a functioning work group. Over 50 years ago, my mother gave me some good advice: The world does not owe you a living.

One gets a job by showing up to an interview on time. One needs to be prepared to answer questions and ready to make a case for how you will add value to the organization. Employers want team players who can differentiate between a real problem and a difference of opinion. Those from both genders who act like "drama queens" are toxic to a functioning team.

She reminds me of a similar case I read about earlier this year. A young employee was upset because her manager had edited her report. It had several spelling and grammatical errors. Instead of receiving constructive criticism, she was so upset and went out into a public area and called her mom. She was so animated (and loud) that several other employees heard the conversation. She was fired for unprofessional behavior.

People really need to be careful/guarded in public. If you have a temper tantrum somebody will likely record video and it will end up on social media. It is hard to recover from a viral temper tantrum...

I always feel sorry for the parent of a toddler who has a meltdown. Adults are supposed to have learned self control...
