Through circumstances beyond my control, I've seen a couple of The Five shows while waiting at an automobile dealership during the past week or so.

Juan is just as inept as I'd remembered, but he seems to have become little more than a Pinata in this setting.

It's hard to imagine Juan looking more ridiculous than he did when Britt Hume used to take him apart on Special Report, but I believe GG and Waters have found a way.

I remember and episode of O'Reilly on Fox in which Bill debated an obvious staged throwdown guest. O'Reilly had decided he was going on a rant about something (I think it was judges going easy on child molesters) and he needed somebody to yell at. They brought on some poor schmuck to try to argue with O'Reilly when you could tell they guy's heart wasn't in it. I see Juan as the same as that guy. He says incredibly stupid stuff because that's what he is paid to do.

When I grew up if I rolled my eyes the way Juan does constantly I would have gotten a back hand from a teacher parent or anyone else giving me guidance.

Juan is just trying to keep his job as a political analyst, because, if he decided to agree with Trump or republicans, then, he'd be without a job, and his job is to take the opposite opinion of what Trump and republicans espouse.

If Juan actually felt the way he speaks, then, he is actually brain dead.

Juan plays the role of a liberal on TV. Just like George Will plays the role of a conservative.

I actually like Juan. He is a classical liberal that, I do believe, can be convinced and converted. I felt that he was unfairly treated by the MSM right before and when he came to Fox News.

Gutfeld made a very good, undeniable, point. Juan likes to think of himself as an educated and informed and caring reporter. He failed miserably here and worst of all he ignored the pain and suffering of African Americans in inner cities like Chicago by chanting the liberal mantra. Democrats continually ignore the problems of inner cities and are no friend to African Americans.

I hope that Juan realizes his mistake. Maybe he will comment on it in the next show. If he does, he will be that much closer to the realization that the Democrat party is failing African Americans. He will be closer to redemption.
