Tucker Carlson warned viewers Thursday that President Trump is facing an uphill battle for reelection and a victory for former Vice President Joe Biden would enable the "radicals who control" him to "remake the country."
Before laying out what Trump should do to boost his chances of winning a second term, Carlson recalled why millions voted for him in 2016.
"Alone among national leaders, Donald Trump warned Americans for decades about China and the perils of globalization. Everything about the war on coronavirus proved Donald Trump right," Carlson said. "China really is our main global adversary. The Chinese government really does want to take over the world. Meanwhile, the fact that we sent our manufacturing base abroad really has weakened us badly. The most powerful nation on earth no longer makes antibiotics. [We are] not as powerful as we think. All of that is very obvious now, after the pandemic, but Donald Trump called it.
"The core appeal of Trump," Carlson went on, "was if things ever started to fall apart, he would defend you. Yes, he was loud and crude. Most bodyguards are. Only a man like Donald Trump was tough enough to fight the creeping authoritarianism of the education cartel and corporate America.

THE DEMOCRAT/LEFT PLAN TO DEFEAT TRUMP
The Democrat/Left simply cannot "allow" the American people to re-elect Trump. Come November, the Democrat/Left could very well lose control of all three branches of government should Trump win. The Democrat/Left has about the worst candidate in American political history as their candidate; so bad that he won't prevail no matter who he choses to run with. Everything the Democrat/Left has tried over the past three years hasn't worked and they're desperate. Even taking down America and seriously hurting tens of millions of American citizens is not too big a price to pay to defeat Trump. Understanding that the Democrat/Left is all-in ... it's all or nothing regarding their goal of "fundamentally chang[ing] the United States of America, the following is the Democrat/Left's two-prong plan which they are -- at least up to this point -- executing brilliantly and with very little resistance:
Democrat/Left governors are doing everything they possibly can to stall our economic recovery and to maintain an elevated level of fear, distrust, depression and anger among Americans. Labeling everything as in the "interest of public health" and short of re-imflicting lockdowns (which would hurt even more than benefit the Democrat/Left Party), rather than easing restrictions or even maintaining the status quo of re-opening the country, the governors are increasing and extending their mandates and diktats (e.g., mask-wearing; (anti-)social distancing; severely limiting the ability of people to interact socially or in a business setting, etc.) to carry through into November. Coupled with the nearly complete lack of authoritative response to the recent (and ongoing) riots, looting, destruction of private property, and destruction of America's history, the American people are, in many, many cases, paralyzed with fear and numb to what is going on in their country.
Now while this motivates and excites the whacked-out Democrat/Left base, it angers the Right and Trump supporters and builds a groundswell of support to re-elect the President. So why are they doing this? Well, that's the clever part.
Trump has thus far not taken the bait to take federal action against nearly all of this and has left the mess to the Democrat/Left Party which has caused it. However, as this terror continues -- in fact, as it accelerates and intensifies throughout the summer right up to the first Tuesday in November (the Democrat/Left's timeline) -- the pressure from Trump supporters who feel abandoned and left to the petty tyrants in their states will build on the President to take federal action to protect the rights of Americans contained in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, to stop the criminal actions of the racist entity known as BLM and the terrorist organization known as Antifa and other similar groups, and to restore the rule of law (the Constitution) and protect our Republic from the actions of these domestic enemies, including the Democrat/Left governors who continue to shred our Constitution and inflict severe mental trauma and literal physical injury to the citizens -- American citizens who reside in their states. This puts Trump in a bind. If Trump were to, for example, take charge of all that is going on (and there are Constitutional means to do so) he'll be blamed -- as he always is no matter who's fault it is anyway -- for everything that happens. On the other hand, if Trump does not take action he will lose those Americans who strongly support him but who have been abandoned by the federal government and left to the totalitarian actions of their state's political hacks and bureaucrats. That is, many will conclude that Trump has failed in his most basic duty to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the people from all enemies foreign and domestic ... that Trump does not recognize that America's and Americans' future is literally at stake.
So the question on the table is: How do we/How does the President stop the America/Americans-hating Democrats/Leftists and their racist and terrorist allies from destroying our beautiful Republic? We are at the 11th hour and little action has been taken to do just that.
If our nation puts Biden in office, it will be the equivalent of Venezuelans putting Chavez in office.
And it will end up with the USA becoming just like Venezuela today.
And one reason is that once in office, the Dems will change the rules - like Chavez did (and like Ortega did in Nicaragua) - so no Republican can ever be elected for President again.
BEWARE America! This election is for ALL THE MARBLES with no turning back - short of revolution.
He wants to win and I think you are not seeing that he has to deal with a republican party that does not want to support him.

Yes, four debates are being set up. Three for for Trump/Biden, one for Pence/XXX. Michigan decided to drop out of the VP debate, and it is going to FL over CCP Virus fears.
I’m going to bet there will be NO debate. Every morning I wake up and I can’t believe what the new normal is...No debate. And anyone who gets their news from the alphabets believes in Biden. Wow, our country is possibly doomed.
Believe me, in Biden HQ right now they are debating the pros and cons to see if they can get away with not having debates. Remember, for most of the Dem debates Biden was on stage with 6-10 people and had very little time to mess up. With Trump, it's mano a mano with lots of time and plenty of time for Trump to ask direct questions - he's going to flop like a fish in a canoe. It will be a certain end t his campaign. So, the question is can they shape a narrative to avoid debates and avoid the charge of "hiding" from Trump.

What if, for example, it came out, that we have absolute proof that the Dems helped the Chicoms bring Kung Flu into the country? Or that (say) Dem governors ordered COVID-19 patients into nursing homes in order to kill off senior citizens who tend to vote GOP?
And that brings us back to your earlier point. You say most people are ignorant. Not exactly; and yet not quite as well informed as we would like. Instead of a single dot on a line showing "how well-informed people are" there is a bell curve. From the leading edge to the "I don't follow politics" on the other side. But there are two bell curves: one for how aware, one for the truthfulness of what they know: GOP believe facts and Dems believe lies (glow-bull warming, multi-genders, KKK hoaxes, not even knowing who George Washington is -- (yes, many recent high-school graduates. By design, William Ayers, and Damn You Very Much. Repent!)
So the idea is, to get the masses involved on a practical level instead of letting the politicians do it: the RINOs are worse than useless, they will talk enough to get us off our guard, then fold or stab us in the back at the last minutes (Paul Ryno, Lindsay Grahamnesty, Willard Romney). And the other idea is, to time the revelations so that people are still in the emotional shock and outrage when Nov.3 happens, OR, so that he shock wave from the political nuke takes out the Dam infrastructure.
Trump has been planning for the Presidency most of his life. And he has a track record of well thought-out-plans combined with resiliency and flexibility.
Last point. Early Q posts said, there was another option (unthinkable); most take it to imply military coup. Just remember: Eric Swallowswell while still a declared candidate for the Dem nomination, openly, in public, and in his own name, suggested nuking red voters. Dumb idea, since nukes are devastating to concentrated targets, it's not the RED voters who are bunched up in cities; they are dispersed and many much more independent of the grid than blue voters. If the left wants to suggest things like that, they are offering to go first in a game of Russian Roulette with six loaded chambers.

Has to be even simpler than that. Three things basically:
1) End the Fear Pandemic (which at this point has become far, far worse than the initial virus pandemic)
2) Restore LAW AND ORDER to the streets. Don’t just talk about it, DO IT! Whatever it takes. Whether that means going after Democrat mayors who stood by and allowed this to happen using RICO, firing Mark Esper and everyone at the Pentagon down to the rank of Lt. Colonel, or whatever.
3) Start pushing back against the war on our culture. Black Lives Matter? No, ALL lives matter! Stop trying to erase our history. Stand up for the flag and the anthem, and most importantly FREE SPEECH. Even if that means busting-up Google and Twitter.

Not arguing the possibilities, but could I ask those who think we may lose the country just what their plans might be?
Do folks think they can stay where they are, keep their guns, keep their jobs, assure the safety of their kids at school? Do you think you can keep your head down and avoid confrontation and you’ll be fine?
I’m serious. I’ve posted my plans, which I’ll short-hand here as Little House In the Woods. Also, we’re elderly and retired with rural and craft-making & selling skills as well as venues already available for that selling. I’m 3/4 moved and have a few details to complete by the end of July.
Praying the next Big Thing waits until we’ve finalized preps.
IMO it would be one of the biggest disasters in history. The left has gone WAY off the deep end and would almost certainly take the senate if biden wins. We’re looking at basically only non-whites moving into power entirely everywhere. Re-writing of the constitution and Puerto Rico becoming a state. DC being renamed and beginning a state. The senate will be lost forever, house most likely as well.
Like I’ve said in other posts, the Soviet bloc fell apart far more slowly than what has been happening this year.
Which is why I may end up moving to a county in the former Soviet bloc.
If it weren’t for the language barrier, Poland would seem nice.
Actually in the big cities, not a problem, I got around in Warsaw and Krakow just fine, knowing just real basic Polish.
But you shouldn’t have too much trouble even if you don’t speak Polish in the cities.

I agree with you. It does not feel like winning. I attribute it to the radical virus control over people’s lives. We all know this is no different than the flu but we’re supposed to all act like it’s AIDS and it’s airborne. The radical left leadership in cities, counties and states is suffocating the people and Trump, et al, are not saying it. I would love to see Trump take a VERY bold step and bring in QUALIFIED medical counsel (not that frickin loser farci or birx) and establish that we are not at risk. Call for us to take back our freedom and give us boldness to fight back because we have him on our side.
