As I recall, Perkins was trying to play a badass attempting to light up a “strike anywhere” match on his cheek. He hurt himself.

Yep, I would do the same damn thing. Defend your life and you get charged with felony murder? What the hell? This punk Rayshrd Brooks chose to get sh*tfaced and go driving, HE chose to do that! HE also chose to resist arrest and fight the cops. HE also chose to steal their taser and point it at them. This is 100% on Mr. Brooks and incredibly they make the cop responsible? Screw that. Who the hell would want that job after that?
