The nation's top general said Thursday he was wrong for taking part in President Donald Trump's controversial church photo op last week.
"I should not have been there," Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley said in an address during a National Defense University commencement ceremony. "My presence in that moment and in that environment created a perception of the military involved in domestic politics."

Take his 4 stars and shove them up his whipped butt.
Does no one at the Pentagon have any loyalty for the CIC?
These are what we call leaders?????
Ankle grabbing a-holes that’s what.
Time to hand out pink slips. Has there ever been such disrespect shown to the Commander in Chief by top military brass? I don’t remember them yapping on about any disagreements with Obama.
who’s going to do something about it?
Hi.
“Nor in the photo op.”
Didn’t you see the Bible president Trump was holding?
The entire Bible, both Old and New Testament is about the Christ.

The only oath they recognize is their allegiance to the Democrat Party.
So who was that message for?
Biden?
Obama?
Mattis?
Soros?
BLM?
ANTIFA
Fire him yesterday!!!!
Put Gen Frank McKenzie as the new Joint Chief. Allen west as SECDEF.
Globalist traitors then. PERFECT.
I can’t stand leaders who are so mired in guilt that they have to gravel to political correctness at the first opportunity. Gen. Milley could have simply said I deemed my presence necessary as a show of leadership support to the troops who were on the ground in the Nations Capitol controlling an ongoing insurrection that had resulted in the arson of St. Johns Church the night before.
It seems like the only accepted approach for many on the Trump Team, when it comes to doing or saying anything positive in support of the President, is to first do the self-deprecating dance to progressives.
The only oath they recognize is their allegiance to the Democrat Party.
Their allegiance is to the Uniparty. They have no fear of Congressional oversight favorable to POTUS because none is coming from the GOP.
Donald Trump's controversial church photo op last week.It goes without saying.
Everything Trump (any President) does is a photo op...DIMWITS!
He shouldn’t be where he is. Boot his PC a$$ out.
“I am not capable of making correct decisions,” says General Milley.
Universally described by the DNC media as a photo op.
But that laughable image of Pelosi, Schumer and other Dems trying to both kneel and struggle to get up was an impressive symbolic gesture, dontcha know...
Is it too much for Milley to simply to acknowledge this is not just about "politics" but about America and the Constitution and stand side by side with the Commander-in-Chief and others who would not let the mobs take this country down into anarchy and tyranny?
He probably shouldn’t have been there, because it helps the media lie about Trump personally having the military clear a path for him, which never happened.
THe problem is, the media has been lying so long, that they now just get away with it. Eyewitness reports are dismissed because “the paper says it didn’t happen”.
It seems that the generals are bowing to domestic enemies and have violated their oaths of office. We need fighters for our country, not weak kneed milquetoasts.
Oath of Commissioned Officers
I ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.
