Around my city the facade has fallen. Traffic is almost back to full load (certainly at rush hour) and few people are wearing the masks in stores now. Gas prices are responding by rising 6 cents per day.
No staff making people wait outside of grocery stores. No free hand sanitizer. I don’t see employees wiping down carts and baskets.
You have drank too much of the media BS my friend... If they all live in an urban center, their parents and grandparents have already been exposed by now. Almost nothing that was done or is being done has done anything but extend the time it took for the virus to spread around. That is all this nonsense was ever meant to do.
Over 80% of people who get it who are under 50 have no symptoms. I will say it again, in every major urban area just about everyone has already been exposed by now. The efforts were never about stopping the virus, just slowing it down. You can't stop a virus in a major urban area in this country without completely isolating everyone from each other. And that cannot work here. People wearing dust masks and bandannas when they are out driving alone in their own cars are just the tip of the iceberg of stupidity in this country.

...Chinese authorities found more than 13 tons of gold stashed away in the basement of a former mayor’s home during a corruption investigation, according to news reports.
Police found the loot — worth hundreds of millions of dollars — in a secret cellar in the home of Zhang Qi, a onetime high ranking communist party official and former mayor of Danzhou, the Pakistani newspaper The News International reported.
And it wasn’t only gold — police also seized more than $37 billion in cash and assets, the paper said....
