He needs to sue for slander and libel. Fox News was saying he was driving 70 MPH into the crowd. Sue them and the rest.
I know. I remember reading years ago about a woman and her children who were burned to death in their car by a mob in South Africa...she was just driving someplace routine and ran into the midst of a “protest” and didn’t know what to do.
What to do? Gun it, and don’t even worry about it. Anybody who was there was there to kill you in the first place.
I would like to know the IDs of the ones that laid down because that was suicidal, not the usual lefty protester behavior. If they have people willing to do that then they have people willing to try out palestinian-style suicide belts.

That’s because he did not roll/plow/ whatever INTO a crowd of protestors.

NOBODY was in danger from his drive into the area. Except for him.
Yes, why did they arrest him and not the protesters/rioters in the first place? And what was it about the road being blocked off, true or fake?

Not sure if it is true, but read he was the only trucker willing to drive to the black area to deliver his load. If they end up charging him, it will be a terrible wrong.

There are so many domestic disputes where a man will chase a woman down in a car, get out of his vehicle, and walk up and kill her.
Me: he gets out of his vehicle, I have a choice. Die immediately. Or run over him and face a jury, if it goes that far.
Probably to save his life from these animals.

Depends on which state you live in. I think stand your ground would apply. You are using a car instead of gun when you are afraid for your life.
If you have to shoot someone or run over some one. Your first step should be get a lawyer before talking to police.
