I have my TV on, and the Best kept secret seems to be that Floyd was on Meth and Fentanyl at the time of his arrest.
Mr. Floyd was attempting to drive on Meth and Fentanyl.
the girl in the vid is hot as hell too...george george george...
It can be used only if the subject is actively resisting. How many minutes in does he cease resisting? One minute? At the most two minutes? Was he breaking the policy the other SIX minutes? Absolutely. It was legal to be used, briefly, while they get him subdued. Once he stopped struggling/resisting, they were required to stop using it.
There is no way on earth Chauvin can justify using that after two minutes. Floyd was not struggling against them, he was obviously struggling just to breathe.
Both autopsies determined the cause of death to be Homicide. That means someone else caused their death.
Funny how everyone seems to step right over that fact isnt it.
If you really want to put someone out quick, pressure on the sides of the neck is preferable so that it can constrict the carotid artery. This in turn triggers the baroreceptors located there. When done correctly, it is much faster than a frontal choke which only restricts the airway.
new video showing some kind of struggle in the back seat...seems like a pretty short clip....hmmm, odd
and..... where did I say he was murdered? I’ll give you the answer: I didn’t.
So, do you think this was justifiable and excusable?
The day Floyd dies would have been, at a minimum, his 10th arrest. Didn't deserve to die by any means, but guy was a thug and repeatedly getting in trouble.
and..... where did I say he was murdered? Ill give you the answer: I didnt.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
you seem to be talking in circles. you say the cop murdered the guy but now you are spinning around a little bit.
I have no idea if this cop is responsible a little bit, a bunch or not at all. The investigation has barely begun so nobody does.....except for people who don’t bother with facts evidence and logic..
Sure. You place your knee on the person's carotid artery resulting directly in constraining blood flow to the brain. You are probably confusing a 'choke out' with your hobby of erotic asphyxiation when you intentionally restrict oxygen to your brain for the purposes of sexual arousal.
I guess YOU learn something every day.
“Doesnt mean he should have been killed.”
Killed or died? Would he have died if he was sober? Just sayin’.
Raw America and your local Fentanyl&Meth High .. where you can .. Double your pleasure screw the future skip class and protest today..
oh wait, no school, huh?
well, skip sunday school then, kiddies,
oh wait, you can’t go to church either you say..
sounds like a fentanyl ending for you..
next time use the debit card.
Talking in circles?
Cop used an approved technique in an unapproved way. He was continually warned that the subject was not breathing. Even his fellow officer checked his pulse. He continued to kneel on his neck for nearly 3 minutes.
I’m interested to hear just what justification he had to misuse the technique on a handcuffed, prone, unconscious subject.
Both coroner reports indicated homicide, not suicide.
If it is not Officer Chauvin, who would be the one who caused the homicide?
Is Officer Chauvin’s action justifiable?
What could possibly justify it?
He is charged with Murder III and Manslaughter, if I remember the charges correctly.
There hasn’t been a trial yet and it will be interesting to see if he pleads Not Guilty and defends his actions.
In my opinion, I don’t see how he is acquitted of the charges.
How is that talking in circles?
You can only be choked by frontal pressure."
Shows you aren't familiar with a blood choke out. I guess you aren't the judo master you thought you were.
See ya on the mat?
I have not seen a St Floyd fan club. I have seen what appears to be a bunch of racists or a bunch of people who approve of police brutality.
Floyd, by the accounts I have read, was pretty much human scum. But that gives ZERO justification for what Chauvin did.
So now you want facts before making a decision. Weird.
Last time you said he was guilty. The end.
To what extent did the heroin overdose have to do with Saint Floyds death?
How about the heart attack?
The meth?
They had him in the car and he fought kicking for 10 mins, then said he couldn't breathe and they pulled him out.
It appears that he died of a heart attack. You don't think Meth and Fentanyl had some impact on this?
Was he choked out? It's my understanding that the autopsy report said he died of cardio pulmonary failure, and that he did not die of asphyxiation.
“there is some drug that makes perps invincible.cant remember what it is..they can get tazed..and pop right back up as forceful as ever”
That used to be PCP (phenylcyclohexylpiperidine) also known as angel dust.
Synthetic cathinones, known as bath salts are said to have the same effect.
Lots of opinion here, but not much information. Can somebody please provide a quote from either autopsy that says anything about toxicological findings? [What I’d read said they wouldn’t be available for several weeks.]
Is there, or is there not reliable evidence of Floyd supposedly saying that he couldn’t breathe BEFORE the cops took him down?
Has anyone been able CONFIRM that Floyd dropped some small bags of something on the ground in the initial moments of the arrest, and what their contents might be?
Did that cop over-reach? It certainly looks that way. But did he break the law? And was he dealing with a man who had medical issues, or a drug-crazed thug with a long rap sheet of violent crimes who had just tried to pass a bogus $20?
Sadly, as they did in Travon Martin case, far too many people have already decided they have all the ‘facts’ that they need.
