St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter (D) said Saturday that all of the protesters who were arrested in his city the previous night were from out of state as demonstrations in and around Minneapolis over George Floyd’s death descended into violence.
Carter said there was not a high number of arrests in St. Paul on Friday night due in part to a curfew, but suggested that out-of-staters were behind much of the agitation fueling the violence.
“Because we had a relative stillness in St. Paul, we didn’t make an enormous number of arrests, but every single person we arrested last night, I’m told, was from out of state. What we are seeing right now is a group of people who are not from here,” Carter said at a press conference.
“As I talk to my friends who have been in this movement for a very long time, who wake up in this movement every day and I ask them what they’re seeing, what they’re feeling, what they’re hearing, to a person, I hear them say ‘we don’t know these folks. We don’t know these folks who are agitating, we don’t know these folks who are inciting violence, we don’t know these folks who are first in to break a window.’”

This is called good old fashioned “Community Organizing”. The Steinbeck novel In dubious battle explains what is going on. A group of “Occupy” protesters, the same people who came out after Trump won the election are traveling to cities, merging in with crowds and inciting them or just throwing bricks into windows or molitov cocktails at buildings to start the riots.

The are loosely coordinated. The public front are the DSA types, who also “block up” as Antifa, with additional help from Marxist agitators like the National Lawyers Guild, BAMN and other front groups for the Revolutional Communist Party. Just a handful of people, but remarkably well-organized.
Oh, and Shanta Driver, who you’ll remember as Yvette Felarca’s lawyer and a prominent member of the RCP is based in Detroit. Would not be surprising to see a number of the arrested are from Michigan.

The MN Governor opened this door with his 1:30am press conference when he mentioned White Supremist groups. Joy Reid and the rest of MSM will push that narrative. If people were arrested, the Feds can now take control of the ‘cases’ against those people. Then who those people really are is exposed.

The feds (Trump’s DoJ) need to document the money trail that funds this mischief and prosecute.
The intelligence communities must know who is organizing these riots across the country. This is too large to keep secret. Social media, or at least the dark web, would be necessary to communicate with this many people. As corrupt and incompetent as the FBI, CIA, and other agencies are, they can’t be so bad that they haven’t had ears on this. The question is, are they doing one of their decades long investigations, are they ignoring it for their own benefit, or are they complicit?
Karma might provide damage to out of state cars that have to buy MN replacement tires and Soros can pay the bill.
I think they should arrest a quadrant - everybody. Those who are from out of state need to be sent to another area to be sorted out - like, your sick grandmother lives here? You can go. Soros sent you? Sorry, under arrest for rioting.
They need to sort out the outside agitators. I don’t think the local black people are the problem, it’s the hangers on (Antifa and other Soros groups) who are causing the violence.
