While our economy falls apart and our border is still open to h1b candidates to take American young peoples jobs, Pompeos priority is far away Venezuala. Lets start a war there!
Youd think we were still living under Bush and Cheney with their neocon mania for starting regime-change wars in distant countries. Instrad of an America First policy of protecting Americas borders and bringing US manufacturing back to America

I’ll bet they get “blowed up real good” when they’re empty and full of fumes.

Venezuela has the world’s largest proven reserves of oil at 300 billion barrels. I plead ignorance but why are they IMPORTING crude oil from Iran? (I missed any earlier explanations).

Enforce the Monroe Doctrine. Apply it to Iran, and China, as well.

Can’t sink loaded tankers. What to do ? String cables across their path and hope the screws foul?
A dilemma.

Let the tankers pass. There are better ways to deal with this. Sanctions are killing Iran and what money they get from Venezuela isn’t going to change their situation.

Oil tankers headed FOR Venezuela. Let that sink in, liberals. The most oil-rich nation on Earth needs to import oil.

Here’s a scenario:
Iran places crude nuclear devices on oil tankers bound for Venezuela hoping the US will interdict and take the tankers to a US port.
BOOM!

Who is refining the crude? Iran does not have the capabilities and that seems to be missing in all the stories.
