Former Rep. Darrell Issa and conservative group Judicial Watch are challenging California Gov. Gavin Newsoms executive order for an all mail-in ballot election.
Judicial Watch filed the suit in a Sacramento district court Thursday on behalf of Issa to block Newsoms order, which would send absentee ballots to all registered voters, Politico reported. Issa is running for former Rep. Duncan Hunters seat in the wake of his resignation.
California is the first state this year to move to an all vote-by-mail election because of the coronavirus. While Democrats lauded the executive order, Republicans have raised concerns over voter fraud.

There no stopping this in CA. The state SC is to the left of RBG. It seems one could make the case to take it to the US SC
but not before November.

In certain areas of the country mail is not delivered to a residence but to a post office box holder. Any ballot so addressed should not be allowed because the recipients resident citizenship cannot be proven.Any such ballot not containing the voters residential address should be challenged .
CA already had their primary.
