Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., pushed mail-in voting as a way to counter alleged Republican attempts to suppress minority votes.
“It's really a great system," Merkley said, referring to mail-in voting. "One of those valuable things, which will become more and more important is it stops so many forms of voter suppression and voter intimidation. The Republicans are trying to stop poor people from voting, they’re trying to stop college students from voting, people of color from voting, Indian tribes from voting."
He made those comments during a Tuesday interview with Sirius XM host Dean Obeidallah. Merkley added that mail-in balloting prevents Republicans from engaging in "tricks," like long wait times, that would suppress the vote.

Any election rule change proposed by Democrats is designed to enable voter fraud. I think its clear that Democrats want social distancing to never end so they can steal elections remotely.
If a person doesn’t show up at a poll with a photo ID and a brith certificate, he should be prevented from voting.
A true democrat would say that republicans want mail-in because republicans know minorities cannot write.

As opposed to “Absentee Ballots”.
Mail in means ballots are sent to everyone on the voting rolls, which in many large blue states includes thousands, tens of thousands, and in some cases hundreds of thousands of people who are dead, illegal, missing, moved, or have never actually voted themselves.
Ballot collect at apartment complexes, vacant houses, collective addresses (where homeless were listed when registered) etc. Ballots are then collected filled out, and mass delivered to the supervisor of elections, sometime days after the election.
It’s the Dem/Socialist way.
No one should get an absentee ballot without presenting a valid government issued ID, and with a valid reason for not being able to come in person to vote (invalids, out of state or country, or in the military).
I think voting shouldn’t be too easy. Each voter should have to make an effort to get up off the couch to vote, IN PERSON, presenting a valid identification, and add in a purple finger so they can’t vote “early and often”, à la Chicago Dems.

In certain areas of the country mail is not delivered to a residence but to a post office box holder. Any ballot so addressed should not be allowed because the recipient’s resident citizenship cannot be proven.Any such ballot not containing the voters residential address should be challenged .
