Barack Obama would beat Donald Trump if he could run for president again by more than 10 per cent if an election were held today, a poll revealed Wednesday, as tensions between the former president and successor spiked this month.
The survey, taken May 18-19, shows that there is still significant public support for the former president over the current White House resident by a margin of 54 per cent to 43 per cent.
Progressive public relations consultant, Eric Schmeltzer, took $4,500 out of his own pocket to personally commission the poll with Public Policy Polling to see who would win in a head-to-head matchup among 1,223 registered voters.

re-electing Obama? well, he unconstitutionally ran twice in a row, so coming back for a third time (which would violate a second constitutional provision) .. is no longer an impossible offense to contemplate.

No one ever really liked Hillary. Millions did and still do like X44.... a mystery to me. The Dems best bet is to have Joe stay in his basement and X44 campaign, acting like he will really be the one in charge .... not that he was ever in charge before. frightening
This reminds me of some computerized sports simulations which have been done. I recall decades go, a simulated baseball game was broadcast, which featured all time all star teams. There were match ups such as Walter Johnson pitching to Hank Aaron, and Koufax pitching to Babe Ruth, in a simulated all star game.
Interesitng to speculate about, but these are events which can never happen. If the liberals like to dream about Obama winning an election against Trump, have fun.
