Attorney Sidney Powell announced on Tuesday morning that Team Flynn has just delivered to the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit a Petition for Writ of Mandamus to correct Judge Sullivan’s unauthorized actions.
Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court order the district court immediately to (1) grant the Justice Department’s Motion to Dismiss; (2) vacate its order appointing amicus curiae; and (3) reassign the case to another district judge as to any further proceedings.
This comes after Judge Emmet Sullivan REFUSED to drop the case against General Flynn even though the US Government prosecutors dropped ALL CHARGES against the 3-star General.
Last Tuesday Judge Emmet Sullivan made a dirty, political move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn.
It appears Sidney Powell’s move today really pissed off Judge Sullivan because he immediately ‘responded’ by granting all requests by ‘stand-in’ judge Gleeson.
“It is further ordered that the Court schedules oral argument for July 16, 2020..” Judge Sullivan wrote in his order.

I heard Hannity mention breaking news from Catherine Herridge on his radio show. Then he went on a 10,000 word run-on sentence / rant and never actually managed to communicate just what that breaking news IS. Finally, after five minutes of being frustrated and learning absolutely nothing, I turned him off.
If the judges on the D.C. Court of Appeals are professionals, they will want for this embarrassment to the legal system to end tomorrow, and they can order that done.
However, if they are woke, they will try to drag this out past the election.
Let’s be clear. This case is over. Even if Sullivan sentences Flynn to the electric chair, he would win on appeal in a heartbeat, at least the Supreme Court level.
Let’s be clear: Flynn knows all the secrets, and knows where the bodies are buried when it comes to the attempt to take out Trump. The Deep State can NOT let him get free before the election, hoping that somehow they keep the House or, if their vote harvesting thefts work, the Senate and even the presidency. In that case, Flynn will not be able to testify in time.
However, the people are getting fed up. I’m talking about many people who have now seen the light with what Democrat/Deep State/Communist oppression plays out on the pupulace. In this case, not only will the Dems not win the presidency or either chamber of Congress, it seems like Judge Sullivan is going to be responsible for a minimum of ten House seat flips (D to R) alone, maybe even a couple of Senate seats. And Trump is SO gonna dominate the popular vote this time around, let alone an electoral whitelash (to paraphrase Don Lemon).
This clown judge is out of order. Needs to get his ass fired and find another job.
Clown has his degrees from a historically black university. Which means he coasted for 6 years. He’s a clown-show pos with zero integrity.

William Matthews Merrick . He was a rotten judge who got removed by Congress during the First Democrat-Republican war. He was not impeached, his court was dissolved then reformed without him. Only needed a majority vote that way!

Hope this is legit and this *judge* goes down, with the rest of the 0’Crooks.
Sullivan should be able to figure out the poster's name from that post, which means that the poster's life is at risk.
The poster should tell his entire story to a conservative reporter. Tell it to John Solomon or Sheryl Attkisson.
