The American mainstream media has expended great effort in the past two weeks to convince people that the scandal now known as Obamagate is either a diversion or a conspiracy theory, neither of which is true.
Most of the coverage has taken the form of a tantrum, like the one exhibited by CNN’s Brian “Poppin’ Fresh” Stelter last week:
CNN’s “Reliable Sources” anchor Brian Stelter criticized conservative news outlets for their “obsession” over the new revelations regarding the Russia election interference investigations and the Department of Justice dropping its case against retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. Stelter said the outlets should be more focused on the death toll from the ongoing Wuhan coronavirus pandemic.
For the most part, the MSM has’t been doing any deep dives into the recent revelations that led to the coining of the term “Obamagate” in the first place. There have been a lot of op-ed pieces dismissing it, but not any real examination of just what President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden may have had to do with it. On Friday, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany chided the White House press pool for a lack of “journalistic curiosity” regarding the issue.
There are a few reasons that the press is so gun-shy about having any journalistic curiosity, a couple of them very obvious.
We’ve been told ad nauseam by Obama partisans that The Lightbringer’s administration was scandal-free. Sure, try selling that line to the Mexican government right now.
The reason that the scandal has come to be known as Obamagate is because if the allegations are true the stink is all over Obama himself.

It’s in the past and nobody cares. Really guys. It’s too late. 4 years after his presidency the book has been written, does not matter what you “prove” now.
IMO most of the voting public do not understand the Obamagate scandal or what “Un-masking” means. I think the WH should have a presidential conference with the people of the nation and have one of his staff carefully explain with charts and figures just what it is all about. I am certain if the scandal is clearly explained he will have all Republican and Independents furious and behind him.
Without consequences, it’s really not much of anything other then politics as usual.

These pukes are not like common criminals. They are not like a mobster that will go do 3-5 in The Big House @ Lewiston and keep their mouth shut(omerta).
They will squeal. I am surprised that they have not already made a deal with somebody like Lisa Page. Maybe they already did. I wondered if it was Rosenstein.

Relax, when he was criticizing those with fancy titles doing a horrible Covid response, he was tacitly referring to Cuomo and Tedros.

When it comes to all things Trump and Russia, Russia, Russia they have NEVER been right. In fact, it is worse than that. The media were willing dupes in the whole scam. Read Mollie Hemmingway’s fantastic article detailing the leaks to compliant reporters by the coup plotters and how essential they were in creating the narrative.
Obamagate involves just the last crimes of an eight year crime spree that was initiated by both parties violating the Constitution and swearing in an ineligible usurper.
Let’s all keep ignoring the elephant in the room.
Most thinking Americans know by now that if the MSM is pushing back hard on almost anything, that generally means the protesters are very near dead center over the target. In the case of Barack Obama, the first mention of an Obamagate should be all we need to know, based on past experience.
Most of this business concerning Obamagate can be made to go away after awhile if the guilty parties are arrested, tried, convicted, sentenced, & sentences carried out in a reasonable length of time. The time it takes could be lengthy depending on how many guilty parties are involved.
