“The Matrix” co-creator Lilly Wachowski blasted Tesla CEO Elon Musk and White House adviser Ivanka Trump on Sunday for invoking the “red pill,” a metaphor popularized by the sci-fi films.
Musk, who has been a vocal critic of California’s lockdown orders and threatened to move Tesla production to Texas, tweeted “Take the red pill” over the weekend.
“Taken!” Trump said in response to Musk’s tweet, prompting Wachowski, who co-wrote and co-directed the film trilogy, to respond “F—k both of you.”
In a follow-up tweet, she urged her followers to support the BraveSpace Alliance, an LGBTQ social-services organization based in Chicago.

The Matrix was pretty cool. The sequels sucked, as well as the whole premise that advanced robotics needed to keep humans alive as a power source. That was a severe weakness in the whole concept. Thorium power would be a lot less expensive and more reliable, and wouldn’t need a matrix world to keep it running.

As I understand it, the original movie was written by a woman who meant for it to be a Christian allegory. They took it and turned it into a great movie.
But they wrote the sequels themselves and they sucked.
So we can say Trump clapped back at Obama in a heroic way?
