I sense a cynical attempt to kill off the elderly because “they’ve lived their lives” and they’re no longer productive members of society. I am sensing some of these measures have been to isolate seniors and let them die in order to preserve the rest of society and remove the cost burden of caring for them. In a bankrupt society, the elderly will always be the first to go.

I lived in NY for 35 years, and I know the voting patterns of most New Yorkers, which is why I left the state 32 years ago.

But, getting elected again as governor might not have been the dream job for Cuomo, and I'm pretty certain that the governorship was a stepping stone towards the White House. So, I don't think he wants a dead-end job as governor.
