Duress does negate a contract and your example is silly.
The Blackrobe seditionist is a King among Kings,
in that he can deem parties of a case whom neither want.
BOTH Parties want the case removed,
but King Sullivan, enemy of the American People,
want people Soros appointed to rule,
and this, King Sullivan, is in violation of
United States v. Sineneng-Smith which in a 9-0 decision
said that King Sullivan is KNOWINGLY wrongful.

So long as the appeal is after the election what does the judge care? By the looks of him he’s old enough that consequences don’t matter.
