A federal judge late Wednesday suggested he may pursue contempt charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn for perjuring himself by abandoning an earlier guilty plea to a charge of lying to the FBI.
U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan also tapped a retired federal judge to argue against the Justice Department’s motion to drop the charges against Flynn.

Obama mentioned Flynn being guilty of perjury in his “leaked” Mother’s Day conference call. Maybe Sullivan was on that call.

So if someone pleads not guilty, but then if found guilty, the state can proceed with a perjury charge. Wow.

A judge acting as prosecutor in a trial he presides over is unheard of. The judge must have dementia.

This Emetic Sullivan is an ill informed lowlife, making the law up as he goes to suit his personal agenda. By no means is he a judge of the first water; he was most likely an affirmative action appointee. I hope his evil machinations are brought up on a short leash SOON.
