BREAKING: Judge SULLIVAN has appointed retired judge to argue against the government's motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn.
Barr could charge the judge with a crime. Violation of Civil Rights under color of authority. Flynn can sue him for that personally as well.
This action by the judge has no precedent and is expressly prohibited by law.
When the Senate seat was safely secured for the Democrats, and for the Obamacare vote.

If the judge lets this guy say one word in his courtroom he can be removed from the case. I don’t know how Federal Judges are disciplined for ethics violations but maybe he could be disbarred.
Well, I heard Rush. Yes I totally agree with the argument that we don’t persecute past leaders for policy disagreements, however, I feel we are waaaayyyyy past policy disagreements. To me, the Obama administration purposely violated many American citizen’s God given rights. It is pure coincidence that this was done in pursuit of their policy, but when the purest form of the ends justify the means is in direct conflict of our very foundation it is absolutely time to check yourself. Obama spied, America died.
In my world, there are grave penalties for people like Sullivan who pretend not to know how things work.

What I find interesting is that they are going after a man who had to be tricked into making statements that were twisted into lies, and yet..... most of our politicians , whether on live TV or in court, will lie repeatedly at the drop of a hat.
The real prosecutor withdrew. So Sullivan appoints a rent a prosecutor to do what the original one will no longer do. The judge can drag this out that way. Don’t think it is ethical or legal. He thinks otherwise.
SCOTUS needs to shut this down tonight.

Pleading guilty when you are innocent is not lying to the judge. You are not under oath when you plead guilty or not guilty.
People withdraw their guilty pleas all the time. You can do it any time before you are sentenced.
You cannot commit perjury unless you lie while under oath. Flynn was never under oath. He was accused of lying to the FBI. That is only a crime if the FBI is working a legitimate investigation. There was no valid predicate for questioning Flynn in the first place. So even if he knowingly lied, he did not commit a crime. It was the FBI that committed all the crimes.
Which is an INCORPORATED AREA and not a part of any of the 50 states.

Over two years ago, Sullivan ordered the Mueller prosecution to hand over any evidence in the case to Flynn’s lawyers. We now know that those same prosecutors hid that evidence from the court and Flynn’s lawyers, and never turned it over. As you said, the request for dismissal would provide all that evidence of prosecutorial malfeasance to the Judge to back up the dismissal request. So why is Judge Sullivan deliberately ignoring the evidence that’s been handed over to him? Why is he ignoring the proof of prosecutorial malfeasance?

Nope. Not all lying to the FBI is a crime. It has to be material to an investigation. In this case, Flynn’s statements weren’t only not material to any investigation but weren’t even part of a legitimate FBI investigation. Flynn may have thought that he lied when he spoke to The FBI and pled guilty to the charge of lying to The FBI but his lying was not actually a crime. Of course, he would have had no way of knowing that when he addressed the court and when he agreed to plead guilty.
DC is under federal jurisdiction. They have home rule over general crimes. If you want be specific it has the status of military district. He will not be prosecuted only because he has used cut outs in true crime boss fashion.
Rush is covering up the real reason.
