Rush was talking today about why Obama would be untouchable. His point is that if you go after an ex-president, future Presidents will have their hands effectively tied if the other party took power. I believe Obama is untouchable because any crimes he have committed would have been in the District of Columbia,Which is an INCORPORATED AREA and not a part of any of the 50 states.

DC is under federal jurisdiction. They have home rule over general crimes. If you want be specific it has the status of military district. He will not be prosecuted only because he has used cut outs in true crime boss fashion.
