Tweet from Victoria Toensig: Does Judge Sullivan read SupCt decisions? Last week SupCt held using amici was “drastic departure” and “abuse of discretion.” Why amici for @GenFlynn now when Judge refused Flynn friends amici 24 times. Judge shld be removed from case...then from Bench.

This terrorist in black robes is trying to force the President to issue a pardon.

Just did a Google on federal judge removal. Impeachment process needs to be followed. Need Republicans to win house and senate in November.

There should be the report that Barr based his decision on, that needs to be made public now.

Why? It’s in the motion to dismiss. There’s no need to explain when the motion is quite clear what the reasons were to dismiss. Barr did not come to this decision in a vacuum. It was based on investigations done by independent US Attorneys from outside the beltway who had access to inside information from the FBI and DOJ investigations and documents on the Flynn case. THEY FOUND the exculpatory evidence that had been hidden from the court and the defense.

"He just ended his career whether he knows it or not."

He's been on the bench for 26 years, and will be 73 next month. I'll be 73 in August. If he wasn't ready to retire, he is now, and he won't be happy with the record he will leave the court with. He bowed happily to Eric Holder's request, and dismissed the conviction of Ted Stevens due to prosecutorial malfeasance. It's amazing how a dirty Judge will sing a different tune, depending on who is in the White House.

No it makes no sense. The judge should simply make a decision. That’s not biased. What he is doing is biased.

Barr needs to tell Sullivan, in no uncertain terms, that the DOJ does NOT work for that branch of the government and cannot be compelled by the judiciary to prosecute someone.

BINGO

Yes, You are correct. Obama did say exactly that even though the General was not charged with perjury by the gov’t.
Now, suddenly, this judge uses that same term. This, like everything else associated with Obama and the Deep State stinks like hell.
This is obvious collusion to continue to persecute General Flynn.

He can’t be removed except by Impeachment in Congress.

You know, if I claim I murdered Brad Pitt, they won't convict me. Sure, I pled guilty. But there was no crime.

You stated in open court that you killed Brad Pitt, that's perjury.

Things like this are not immediately appealable. He’d have to wait until the case is over. Delay of months at least. Pardon now, I don’t care nor will any rational person, it’s obviously political

They just need their judiciary, the bureaucracy, and the media.

Note what President Trump has been taking on the minute he took office:

To be more clear, an appeals court can remove him from the case. He could even be reassigned to get fewer cases maybe. But he can’t be fired he can only be impeached and removed.

Spot on. This is contempt of the SC on Sullivan’s part.
He could have accepted or rejected the guilty plea previously entered, but now he has furthered grounds for dismissal by his misconduct.

Maybe we can just ask the Democrat Party leaders to decide every case.

Seems fair to them.
