On Wednesday May 6 2020, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation reported that Gregory McMichael, a former law enforcement official, and his son, Travis McMichael, were arrested in connection with the February 23 shooting of Ahmaud Arbery - 74 days after the killing.

Pull a gun on me when I’m not on your property and you’d BETTER kill me.
I hope both these assclowns spend the rest of their life in pound you in the ass general pop.
Censorship by youtube. Perhaps youtube,Facebook and Twitter should be declared to be “public utilities”.
He must have said something forbidden. The video is now unavailable on YouTube. I feel much safer knowing that I may not have been exposed to an opinion I may not agree with./s
Right after I watched this excellent video, it became “private,” and is no longer available.
Arbery was 10 miles from home.
"Jogging" in cargo shorts (what a way to get nasty abrasions) and work boots
Gregory McMichael and Arbery knew one another from his shoplifting charge that Arbery got away with because of "mental and emotional" (anger) issues.
McMichael knew Arbery had a previous gun charge.
Arbery knew McMichael knew and probably recognized him.
The laws were well presented as was McMichaels law enforcement background.
The fault is still with the person who pulled out the shotgun. If I walk up to you (for ANY reason other than you being on my property), pull a gun, and it goes off killing you, I am 100 percent at fault.
I hope both these idiots are made examples of. As someone who strongly supports RKBA, it’s the wannabe cop assclowns who do real damage. If it’s no on your property or the person hasn’t INITIATED a threat, let the cops handle it or get ready to spend lots of time in jail.
If anyone ever, for whatever reason, pulls a gun on me, they had BETTER kill me, because if I can I’m going to get it away from them and use it on them.
Here is a link YouTube cant touch.

He may be a crackpot, easily dismissed. Or he may be a sage. But it isn’t the place of Fascistbook and YoudowhatwesayTube to suppress opinions.
Been MANY moons siince I had time/inclination to post, but here’s the thing that keeps me awake with this story:
#1 Reported that there were three rounds fired.
#2 Shotgun was in possession struggle.
#3 No details on type of shotgun.
#4 Without INTENTIONAL re-chambering action, Neither a pump nor a side-by-side or over-under version could have fired a third shot.
#5 CONCLUSION, unless the gun was a semi-auto, the implication is that for at least the third shot, INTENT was involved.
Naturally, if the round count report I heard was incorrect, then my analysis is meaningless.
This case is a political issue now.
I suspect the trial will not be held until after November. Then the defendants will be acquitted like George Zimmerman or the case dropped like General Flynn.
Meanwhile, the defendants will lose everything they own.
And, for a while, Joe Biden will back-off his story about taunting and confronting the black athlete, Corn Pop.
Just read all the comments condemning the video by people who didn’t watch it. The guy gave a very good analysis of what happened and pointed out a reason why Aubrey might have attacked Travis McMichael. Also pointed out that once Aubrey grabbed the shotgun he was no longer “unarmed” and Travis McMichael had the right to use deadly force to protect himself. They told Aubrey they had called the police, who were on the way. Why would they call the police then shoot him? Only because he had grabbed the shotgun, meaning he was going to try to shoot them.
“If I walk up to you (for ANY reason other than you being on my property), pull a gun, and it goes off killing you, I am 100 percent at fault.”
So much for the idea of women carrying a gun off their property for the purpose of defending themselves from assault.
I doubt your hypothetical woman is confronting someone.
Self-defense is one thing; chasing someone down is entirely different. My wife might carry, but she’s not going to go up to a bad actor and try to restrain or arrest them. Everyone has a right to self-defense, to playing cop, no.
It has been reported the gun was semiautomatic.
If you try to restrain me, one of us is going to die, because you ain’t a cop and I’m not on your property. the second you pull a gun on me, *ANY* action I take on you is justified, if I can I’ll try to get the gun away and use it on you.
> its the wannabe cop assclowns who do real damage. If its no on your property or the person hasnt INITIATED a threat, let the cops handle it <
Well put. Now Im going to say something that will upset a lot of people here. Awhile back I attended a firearms safety class given by a 2A lawyer. This guy was a hunter and a life NRA member. He made his living by defending people whose 2A rights were violated.
After the class, the lawyer opened things up for a Q and A. Someone asked about the George Zimmerman / Trayvon Martin case. The lawyer said that had he been on the jury, he would have found Zimmerman guilty.
Well, I just about fell out of my chair. Then he explained. Zimmerman was playing policeman. He harassed and goaded Martin until Martin got angry enough to attack Zimmerman. Im not saying I buy that lawyers view of the case. But it was something to think about.
That wannabe cop moron did more damage to RKBA than a swarm of inner-city lawyers.
I was talking about self-preservation....not the righteousness of the shoot. Never draw to an inside straight.
The "wanna be" cop worked as an investigator on Arbery's shoplifting case and knew him.
Good point. But since I’m never going to burglarize or hold up someone, I am going to assume that anyone aiming a gun at me is going to kill me, therefore the best tactic is t kill them first if I do nothing, I die, if I go at them, I *might* die, but I might take them out.
“Hypothetical” women use firearms off-property more than you might think.

You will be glad to know she was punished.
My earlier post questioned your legal analysis: If I walk up to you (for ANY reason other than you being on my property), pull a gun, and it goes off killing you, I am 100 percent at fault.
