My earlier post questioned your legal analysis: “If I walk up to you (for ANY reason other than you being on my property), pull a gun, and it goes off killing you, I am 100 percent at fault.”
For the second time, I’m not talking about self-defense, I’m talking about WALKING UP TO SOMEONE AND CONFRONTING THEM. No one who does that when armed should expect a good outcome. No one on FR is against self defense when attacked.
