On Wednesday May 6 2020, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation reported that Gregory McMichael, a former law enforcement official, and his son, Travis McMichael, were arrested in connection with the February 23 shooting of Ahmaud Arbery - 74 days after the killing.

You cannot debate with him or her. They are a Jersey known it all who likely never even watched the video.
In the Zimmerman case there was literally no evidence of wrongdoing by Zimmerman put before the jury, none. The more the evidence failed to sustain a verdict, the more the media demagogued the case.
If I am at the gun range, and I try to grab a gun out of someone’s hands and that gun goes off and kills me, is the gun owner responsible for my actions? Keep in mind that I am “unarmed”.
Can a comment like "If people are against the shooting then who is for the shooting" be far behind?
The shooter and his father are in jail awaiting trial. That will determine guilt or innocence. Isn't that how it's supposed to happen? Or should the local prosecutor and friend of the family be the one to decide they're innocent all on his own?
Suppose you're walking down the street and a mugger comes up and demands your wallet. You fight back and are shot and killed. Should the mugger then walk free? After all he was only trying to avoid being killed when he shot you?
It looks like the decision to charge after nearly three months is being driven by Benjamin Crump (infamous in the Trayvon Martin incident), Shawn King, S. Lee Merritt, and the lame-stream media. That is not how it is supposed to work.
Speaking of the Trayvon Martin incident - are you still sore the jury didn't have the same knee-jerk reaction as you did?
Ok I’ll play along.
What does he do as he “demands my wallet?”
I mean this Apples and oranges here but just for fun...
But based on an investigation of the known facts by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. If the local authorities have admitted that they can't conduct an impartial investigation - and two recused themselves for that very reason - then isn't an investigation by an impartial third party something we should be applauding?
The shooter and his father will get an open trial where they will be able to submit evidence of their innocence and the prosecutor will present evidence of their guilt. A jury of their peers will decide. That's how it should have been all along. Fortunately that's how it will be going forward.
Speaking of the Trayvon Martin incident - are you still sore the jury didn't have the same knee-jerk reaction as you did?
Apparently not as sore as you are that the state overruled the knee-jerk reaction of the local authorities and conducted an actual investigation that lead to charges being filed.
Oh, and while we’re on the subject if I’m against the shooting does that mean that you are for the shooting?
Bingo.
“Oh, and while were on the subject if Im against the shooting does that mean that you are for the shooting?”
Yeah! You did get your sass back.
Now, keep going and don’t stop until you get some common sense.
Is this a reference to the Trayvon Martin incident, or the Georgia incident?
My point was I don’t have time for the 46 min. video and will wait for a 10 point summary.
LOL! I have my doubts that you would recognize it if I did.
Unlike you, rather that deal with irrelevancies I'm sticking with the Georgia killing. Do you not think this is something a judge and jury should deal with?
If I put you under citizens arrest, and you grab my gun and get shot, who is at fault?
They never had him under citizens arrest
Watch the video.
He charged and attacked before they could even talk.
It is clear as day yet you want to believe some alternate made up story.
No.
A known criminal charged and attacked someone and ultimately led to his own demise by grabbing a gun.
One less thug. Good riddance.
Were they sitting around chatting while holding a shotgun, was the shotgun in the truck, or did they purposely go get the shotgun to chase the guy? It is important to know at what time the gun left a case, a rack or the truck and get into the shooters hands. What were their verbal exchanges with the victim that could have caused him to believe he had to protect himself or die?
How do you detain anyone? First, request that he stay until the police arrive. If he declines to do so, physically restrain him until police arrive. Failing that, follow him while in contact with the police, so they can find you and pick him up.
Shooting him was a stupid act; now even if his motives were criminal he's become a martyr.
