On Wednesday May 6 2020, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation reported that Gregory McMichael, a former law enforcement official, and his son, Travis McMichael, were arrested in connection with the February 23 shooting of Ahmaud Arbery - 74 days after the killing.

The shooter was trying to prevent getting killed the moment he shot the thug
The guy with the gun was the aggressor, the victim was the guy the aggressor shot dead.
Remember the aggressor was out to find the victim, to “talk to him” at the end of his shotgun, they blocked the victim wit their trucks, truck 1 was ahead of the victim and the truck 2 was behind the victim. Idiot with shot gun gets out of the truck to confront the victim. Of course a fight was going to take place, how does the victim out run two trucks and a shot gun blast? He doesn’t, he can’t.
Shots were fired at victim by the aggressor who initiated contact.
The aggressor admitted they were trying to “citizen’s arrest” the victim and they believed he was dangerous that is why they loaded up with guns, one being a shot gun.
Those 3 perps are going to go to prison for a very long time for the murder of that man.

If it’s your gun, and you’ve deployed it, YOU are the aggressor and anything the other person does is self-defense, including getting the gun away from you and shooting your stupid ass with it. But, as with cop shoots here, as long as the person who is shot has any sort of record, some people will be OK with it.
To any sane person, the only question is if the three should be convicted of first or second-degree murder.

We call the cops.
