No. This is muslim on muslim crime in a proxy war that amounts to influence-jockeying between Turkey vs factions from UAE and Egypt.

I think we should care enough to at least understand what’s going on in the world and have some idea of who are the good guys, if any, and who are the bad guys. May not be our fight, but sometimes you don’t get to chose not to fight. I miss the thoughtful analysis we used to see about 15 to 20 years ago from freepers on events like this.
