WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department on Thursday said it is dropping the criminal case against President Donald Trump’s first national security adviser, Michael Flynn, abandoning a prosecution that became a rallying cry for Trump and his supporters in attacking the FBI’s Russia investigation.

"Jensen recommended it to Barr last week."
What I hadn't realized until I read the article, was that Barr had appointed Jensen to review the case, and it was Jensen who began releasing documents, and advised Barr to withdraw the case.

Flynn will never get the “false evidence” against him. that was a crime committed against him. The 302’s from the FBI, Agent pienks and his former Law firms collusion are big factors.
