I’m not anti-vax. I’m against forced vaccinations.
My money is on NO effective vaccine for covid-19. Even the common flu mutates so much, the vaccine early in the flu season is just a gamble. So you are right on mark about mutation.
Why after all these years there is no vaccine for common cold which indeed belongs to the corona family of viruses.
If I were to get sick with covid-19, I would ask my doctor to administer HCQ+Zinc+AB ASAP before I end up needing a ventilator to breathe.
I am a big believer in keeping natural resistance high with good nutrition, exercise and plenty of sleep.

For the SARS-CoV-2 virus they target the ACE2 spike which is what the virus uses to enter human cells.
And if that spike is the same for all mutations, which appears to be the case, a vaccine will work.
Actually, most ‘common colds’ appear to be rhinoviruses. But there are numerous strains of those out there, too.

Why do so many scientists refuse to even entertain the idea of the so-called ‘Trump Drug’?
The talking point is “anti-vax”.
Money.
Personally I have no problem with vaccinations. However, I do have a problem with forced vaccinations or public services withheld due to a lack of a vaccination. If someone wants to protest vaccinations, then fine. I just don’t understand why they don’t have anything better to do.

Doctors are free to prescribe it off label for Covid all that they want. And plenty are doing just that.
Scientists, who have a different job, have to wait for results from double-blind tests before they can claim that a drug is effective. Otherwise they are just giving us what is usually called SWAG- a Scientific Wild Assed Guess.
You’ll have to wait for some double-blind testing to run its course to find out what science reveals.
First sign I have of a fever and sore throat I am going straight to my doc for hydro and Zpack, if the stupid Libs insist upon suffering through the damn virus so be it, you can’t fix stupid!!!

I don’t think it’s that simple. Science certainly requires funding, as the development of new drugs also does. Some people may be susceptible to being ‘bribed’ or silenced in certain ways, but not all scientists and doctors are.
Are there ANY scientific studies being done with hydroxychloroquine/zinc? I’ve only read about one study regarding its use in Veterans’ facilities, which claims to have proven that it was of no real use, or dangerous.
But that seems like an extremely fast, early study, in a population that would be prone to lots of pre-existing conditions which would cause the disease to hit harder anyway; and the scarcity of testing ability that we experienced early in the game probably would have precluded knowing what the patients were actually suffering until somewhat late (?)

There’s usually several going around. The CDC makes a best guess as to which ones will dominate. You at least have some immunity for whatever strain is in the shot if it eventually comes around.

Suit yourself. Catching it is the other way people get immunity. The vaccine at least will be a crippled version of the virus. If you catch it you get it full strength.
The vaccine pharmacy “industries” are unwilling to have a legitimate debate with Dr. Tenpenny.

If there is a “beginning” you already have the full virus. Which you don’t get from a vaccine.

HCQ and Zithromax does work for some people. But the idea that you “won’t” get a serious case because you’re taking them is fantasy, plenty have died despite HCQ.

It’s the oral Polio vaccine that has caused all of the vaccine induced paralysis. Because a few drops in the mouth is all that is required, it is a favored method for inoculation against type 1, 2 and 3 type Polio. The injective method, known as inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV), contains only dead strains of the three types of the virus. It is the more expensive method of administration. IPV does not cause vaccine-derived infection or outbreaks.
The oral version, is actually a “live” strain of he Polio virus that has been manipulated so it lacks the strength. In places with poor sanitation, the virus in the oral vaccine can spread from sewage to drinking water. Those who hadn’t received the oral vaccination would actually be protected by the drinking water. What happens is the drinking water would soon contain the Polio strain that had regained full strength. There have been this type of outbreaks in the Philippines, China, Myanmar, Pakistan and a half a dozen African countries.
Then there are pharmaceutical manufacturers with sloppy quality control who have sent out polio vaccines with live full strength viruses. Such a company, Ghaziabad-based pharmaceutical firm Bio-Med, had its managing director arrested because of the mistake.
