Former vice president Joe Biden, who was scrutinized for his handling of sexual harassment allegations made in Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’s 1991 Senate confirmation hearings, said Monday night that any woman’s public claims of assault should be presumed to be true.
Speaking generally, Biden added, “For a woman to come forward in the glaring lights of focus, nationally, you’ve got to start off with the presumption that at least the essence of what she’s talking about is real, whether or not she forgets facts, whether or not it’s been made worse or better over time. But nobody fails to understand that this is like jumping into a cauldron.”

I think everyone including Biden should have the presumption of innocence absent strong evidence. That doesn’t mean that I believe Biden. In fact I am pretty sure he is guilty because of his long history of such conduct.
So..... Presume guilt on the accused? Perfect man to be in charge of enforcing the law. ???

At the 7:35 mark of the interview he says that private documents such as TAX RETURNS should never be released to the public!
So Joe says she has a right to speak out. Joe says it never happened. So logically Joe says she has a right to lie.
In a fair world, that is the way it should be. However, we are talking about the world Joe Biden helped to create. He brought Anita Hill out and out put her on national TV to "lynch" Clarence Thomas because he did not have the guts to vote "no" against confirming a black man to the SCOTUS. He came out strong on "believing women" when it was Kavanaugh in the spotlight. I don't know if she is telling the truth, nor do I care. I just like to see libs hoist with their own petard. What goes around comes around.
This is BS if you are accused you should always be able to defend yourself.
No one ever talks of the huge risk involved in believing someone which could be a scam. In this case believing Biden is a real problem, but also women claiming they are raped when we often know these rapes happen but the women keep staying at the job without ever leaving... putting a blow to the feminist excuse that work means women independence...
I dont buy it, you cannot have it both ways.
Except Biden is running for elections. As a private citizen he has presumption of innocence, but as a running politician pleading to people, he has a certain amount of burden of proof, much like he would in a wrongful death or tort civil suit.
There is not a chance in hell the Treasonists will allow Biden to step down because that would mean Bernie take his place and the masters of the Treasonists do not want Bernie.
The fact that Hillary made that ad proves how much the treason media protects her. Talk about mega-chutzphah.
