As for consideration of others, in Japan and a lot of other Asian countries someone who has sniffles or is feeling like they have a cold coming on wears a mask as a consideration of others so they don't spread it. That has to do with how they see one another, not whether they're sheep, muzlames, nitwits, or etc.

You might want to read the *actual* regulations for your State. Your millage may vary, but here is the language from the Massachusetts website on the requirement...
“On April 10, DPH issued an advisory regarding face coverings. A face covering may help prevent you from spreading COVID-19 to other people. It is important to wear these face coverings or masks in situations where it is difficult to maintain a social distance of six feet from others.”

Airborne transmission drops to zero above 30C (85F). There is no need whatsoever to wear a mask in hot weather. But then you walk into a store and it's not 85 anymore. So you put your mask on.
I, too, can understand your reaction because that was my first thought. But if I want to, by faith, obey God and His word, I am to submit to the governing authorities. I would wear the mask if ordered to, I would wear it with a smile on my face and song in my heart. It may be that I am asymptionmatic and this will help prevent me from giving the virus to another.
“My sheep hear My voice, I know them and they follow Me.” I want to try and appreciate the decisions of individuals and also keep a clear conscience before God and man.

speculation on your part, just like your speculation that an asymptomatic individual must assume he is carrying a pathogen...and actually, various pathogens, virii and bacteria, are all around us, thriving in natural media such as carrier hosts, and always will be, and widespread outbreaks occur all too often, as any cursory study of history would show...but do try again...
Your dentist is mandated to wear PPE. I think he could be shut down if he didn’t. However, mandating a driver wear a mask while transporting their own family members or friends and alone in the car is unreasonable. I would have the policymaker who made that regulation worry about their reelection.
