my wife agrees with me, and she is a trump supporter as am I, the thing I love about him the most is he is a fighter, however it still doesnt look good for him to go out day after day and get caught in there pettiness, its not a good look, so I hope he does cut back and let others talk especially pence! dont let faucci talk get rid of him, hes a loser!

I enjoy the briefings but I also agree that if there is nothing new to report that day, whats the point of the briefing..if there is new developments, have a briefing, otherwise no point in having it

Well, I give it about 15 seconds until the media complains that the President needs to speak to the American people more.
Good. I think they should be short and the press should either not be allowed to ask questions (because they’re all gotchas) or be allowed to ask only questions relating to the virus. And I think Fauci and company should make only brief appearances, and not every day. Other people from other parts of government (for example, people concerned with economics, or even people concerned about the constitutional issues with governors responses - that would be SCOTUS or even Judiciary Committee members) should appear.

An obvious reason why cutting back the Presidential briefings is a good idea —
... it signals the country is starting to get back to normal.
I know I know. We are far from normal but government officials need to start moving in that direction.
I beg to differ. That is exactly what people tune in to see. President Trump needs to deep six thes so called "advisors".
Time to wrap this show up and get America opened and moving, and that is where the focus should be from this point forward.
